José Andrés is looking for investors for his restaurant Bazaar Meat from 500 dollars, as an initiative that generates opportunities for those who wish to form part of his culinary project.
According to the chef’s statements, this decision is part of his philosophy of inclusion and openness, seeking to generate opportunities for those who wish to invest in the world of gastronomy.
This extension of the gastronomic community, with which he subverts the established structure of investment reserved only for large entrepreneurs or investment funds, lays the foundations for a new model with which to raise two million to invest in the restaurant’s kitchen and furnishings, in what he calls his ‘first round of community investment’.
The offering documents state that Bazaar Meat estimates it will have revenues of almost $18 million by 2024 with a profit margin before interest, taxes, depreciation, amortisation, depreciation and management fees of 5.3%.
