Jordi Roca and Andrés Velencoso meet to sculpt the ‘Velencoco’ ice cream

The classic is reborn once again.

Click here to read the Spanish version.

In 2016, Jordi Roca would create an ice cream inspired by one of the most recognized models in the world: Andrés Velencoso. His sculptural physique would be sculpted in the form of ice cream by the most creative pastry chef on the national scene. The title of the work? The Velencoco.

Based on that fusion of sarcasm and experimentation of Roca’s Rocambolesc seal, he would devise an ice cream of lemon, cinnamon and coconut meringue milk. A stroke of genius that the creative duo has now come up with once again to make us melt this summer.
