Three ingredient #avocado #flatbread is easy, #glutenfree and delicious while #avocados are in season!! There’s a reason it’s popular when avos are cheap. RECIPE⬇️ makes 2 – double or triple to make more. Ingredients: 1 large, ripe avocado 1 eggs 1 cups grated cheese (I use pizza mix, but cheddar/tasty or mozarella work too) Bagel seasoning, optional, for topping Method: Preheat your oven to 200C (190C fan-forced) and line a large tray with baking paper. Place the flesh of the avocado into a mixing bowl and crack in the egg. Use your hands or a potato masher to really mash the egg and avo together to form a slightly chunky paste. Stir in the cheese to mix thoroughly. Divide the mixture into two and spread it into thin rounds on the baking paper – large and flat is best. Sprinkle some bagel seasoning on top (or seasoning of your choice). Place the tray into the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is crisping, bubbling and browning. Remove the tray from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving the rounds with toppings of your choice or eating them as they are. Enjoy the crispy, crunchy cheese bits and the creaminess of the avocado. #fy #fyp #avocadorecipe #avocadobread #recipetok #recipetiktok #avocadotok

Preheat the oven between 180 and 200C, and line a large tray with baking paper. Put the avocado flesh in a bowl and crack the egg. Use your hands or a potato masher to mash the egg and avocado to a slightly smooth paste. Then add the cheese and mix well.

Divide the mixture in two and spread it into thin slices on the baking paper. Place the tray in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is crispy, bubbly and golden brown. Plate it up, and enjoy!
