Ingredients:
- 1 kg of fresh clams
- 250 ml of albariño
- 2 onions
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tomato
- 1 bell pepper
- 200 g of wheat flour
- Fresh parsley
- Olive oil
Preparation:
- Fill a casserole with salted water and soak the clams to loosen the grit. Steam them so that they open up.
- Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and garlic cloves and fry them in a pan with oil.
- Then chop the bell pepper, the tomato and the parsley, and add them to the pan, stirring well so that it does not stick and the sauce is ready.
- Then, add the albariño together with the flour, and continue stirring well until it thickens and the wine reduces.
- Finally, add the clams to finish the delicious dish.
