Grind joins in the Hello Kitty anniversary fun by collaborating with Sanrio to launch a collection based on the cutness of the animated kitty with a new coffee can, a reusable stainless steel coffee mug and a graphic t-shirt.

The collaboration is illustrated through a street style campaign using the streets of Shoreditch and the Shoreditch Grind coffee shop as the backdrop for a series of friends of the brand such as Jamie Windust and Francesca Perks to interact with the product.

Our collaboration with Hello Kitty celebrates the nostalgic charm of Sanrio’s most popular and lovable character,’ says David Abrahamovitch, founder and CEO of Grind. ‘United by our London roots and our shared love of all things pink, we are thrilled to commemorate Hello Kitty’s 50th anniversary with a collection created in appreciation of such a universally loved character.’

Zooming in on the collection itself, we can see how the T-shirt features a retro graphic of Hello Kitty in her original 1974 look; holding a cup of Grind coffee. An image that is also depicted on the can and mug dressed in the same pastel shades, sealed by the GRIND logo.

The Hello Kitty x GRIND collection is now available for purchase on the London coffee brand’s website.
