Heinz has just unlocked a new screen, and even got in the game with a new product in the form of a hands-free robotic dipper that allows gamers to play uninterrupted while enjoying its line of sauces.

The robot in question, dubbed ‘Hum Hum‘, is designed to dip snacks and serve them to gamers as they delve into other virtual dimensions. The device is thus equipped with a mechanical hand that grabs and dips the snacks in sauces and then gives them to you, which is operated by stepping on pedals.

And it’s not just a marketing gimmick – Heinz is planning in the future to create models that respond to voice commands and facial recognition. ‘We know that 75% of Heinz lovers wish they could dip sauces while playing. Hum Hum is our irrational act of love to our gamer consumers’ irrational love for Heinz. It is our gift to the gaming community, because every gaming session deserves to be sauced and, of course, uninterrupted,’ said Passant El Ghannam, head of marketing at Kraft Heinz MEA.

Hum Hum was unveiled at Esports World Cup 2024, the world’s largest gaming festival, held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
