Gordon Ramsay once again praises Spanish cuisine over Italian

In previous episodes, Ramsay had already openly expressed his passion for Spanish cuisine, confessing that it was ‘the best in the world’. Now, during another of the culinary journeys of his show on wheels ‘Road Trip with Gordon, Gino and Fred‘ on HBO, the Briton once again praises our cuisine in front of the renowned French and Italian chefs.

You’re tasting the best of Spain’ says Ramsay, to which Gino replies that ‘they have the same in Italy’, vindicating their gastronomy. However, the conversation doesn’t end there and continues: ‘I appreciate Spanish cuisine more than British’. 

The chefs’ reply? ‘Normal, fish and chips boy’, adding: ‘Every country we go to you say has better cuisine than Italian’.
