The Clooneys, who have owned an estate and vineyard in Provence since 2021 at Domaine du Candel, will soon be introducing their own iteration of French white wine and rosé.
Laurence Berlemont, the winemaker and agronomist who has extensive experience working with Hollywood actors turned winemakers or vintners, such as the Brangelinas until 2015, will continue to oversee George and Amal Clooney’s vineyards and wines.
The rosé and white of the Var Coteaux Varois appellation are expected to be released in late spring, and could be called “La Bastide Saint-Georges”.
