Starting very soon, your breakfast could be inspired by one of the most acclaimed series of all time. That’s the idea that General Mills wanted to bring to the table, launching a whole-grain cornflake cereal with vanilla and coffee flavor.

The new product is fueled by the scenes at the mythical Central Perk coffee shop and the emotional bond between the fictional cast. The ‘Friends’ cereals will hit stores in December, General Mills has confirmed.

The food brand joins with this sweet iteration to the 30th anniversary of the 90’s series that continues to generate devotion among the new generations. In this sense, McDonald’s was also another of the institutions that joined the party with the launch in Spain of a themed Happy Meal that awaited inside the entire cast sculpted in the form of funko pop.

General Mills, meanwhile, has also continued a stellar collaborative run this year, most notably with its creative union with brothers Jason and Travis Kelce for their Kelce Mix cereal, which nostalgically blended their three childhood and teenage favorites – Reese’s Puffs, Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Lucky Charms – all in one box.
