Giuliano and Giordano Calza’s Italian streetwear brand GCDS continues to have fun and explore pop culture with a collaboration with Japanese bakery PAN Milano to pay tribute to Hello Kitty’s 50th anniversary.

It’s a sweetened collection that marks a continued episode in the creative union of GCDS and Sanrio since 2017. To design and present it, the fashion brand teamed up with classic Viennoiserie PAN Milano in a minimalist space that was personalised with GCDS x Hello Kitty elements.

There, they offered the famous Japanese ‘shokupan‘ milk bread alongside Hello Kitty-shaped doughnuts, allowing guests to feed on Hello Kitty’s nostalgia and whimsy.

In addition to the food offerings, the collaboration also includes a capsule collection for the spring-summer 2024 season, which fuses GCDS’ tongue-in-cheek spirit and dedication to craftsmanship with Hello Kitty’s recognisable aesthetic.
