The most acclaimed vegan cake boutique in the capital presents a disruptive concept: the first vegan club in Madrid opened by Freedom Cakes, in which it evokes its psychedelic identity on a Gaudi-inspired interior design of gresite, illuminated by coloured neon lights.
From morning to night: this club allows you to enjoy an 80’s style cream wedge with a mojito for a snack; have a pizza for breakfast with a milkshake and cake; or have a few drinks, beers and cocktails on the terrace at nightfall.
This place, which presents itself as the new meeting point for vegans, has a 100% plant-based menu with sandwiches such as grilled egg and bacon, Argentinean seitan empanadas or salmon with cream cheese and dill. In addition, there are delicious carbonara and bacon pizzas, mushroom and truffle pizzas and chicken with cheddar.
This eclectic menu will include, of course, its iconic artisan cakes such as pink panther, red velvet, oreo, carrot or white chocolate; and its delicacies such as chocolate palms, cookies with ice cream or croffles with nutella and cream, to be accompanied by its FreakShakes or Passion Freakshake: milkshakes made with the cakes it serves in its display.
