The first edition of the Tapas Summit Sustainability will take place in Madrid on June 28, 2023, bringing together the most prominent and influential personalities in the food industry and gastronomy today, undergoing a moment of sustainable upheaval. At the event, speakers will discuss how to work together to reduce the environmental impact of the food industry.
The event, curated by journalist Marta Fernández Guadaño, will be chaired by Andrés Rodríguez, president of SpainMedia, and editor and publisher of Forbes and Tapas Magazine, and will be presented by journalist Lara Siscar.
Among the speakers, which we will be revealing over the next few days, will be some of the most awarded chefs both for their creativity in the kitchen and for their commitment to the environment, as well as various experts in sustainability in the gastronomic industry, institutions, opinion leaders and executives from the business sector.
All of them will share their knowledge and experiences on how they have managed to integrate sustainability in the food sector, the adoption of sustainable technology in the management of restaurants or the evolution towards 100% sustainable packaging and a kitchen that makes the most of it.
There will also be opportunities to network and connect with other professionals who share the same challenges and goals around sustainability throughout the consumer chain.
In the coming days, we will unveil the complete program, as well as the venue for this first Tapas Summit Sustainability. Stay tuned!
