Eggo has teamed up with tech brand Bissell to jointly devise and realise the ‘EggoVac’ robotic hoover for playful house cleaning.
It is a modified version of the Bissell SpinWave R5, a hands-free hoover similar to Roomba, which sold out within hours of its release on Wednesday. But it will be restocked on 1 November at EggoVac.com, and there will even be a third chance to get it on Instagram via @eggo_us and @bissellclean before Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
Like Eggo‘s waffle taco or Eggo’s ‘Brunch in a Jar‘ drinking cream, EggoVac is presented as a way to make the holidays easier for parents.
We want to give parents that extra pair of hands they need during the holidays. With EggoVac, we make the task of cleaning up as easy as the push of a button, so parents can let L’Eggo pick up the crumbs for them,’ said Joe Beauprez, Senior Director of Frozen Food Marketing at Eggo’s parent company, Kellanova.
