From the Joan Miró Foundation to the DelaCrem ice cream parlor or the Gresca restaurant, which she has visited on several occasions. Now, Dua Lipa has wanted to share through an Instagram carousel another of the tours she has carried out with her boyfriend Callum Turner.
As we have been able to see in the sequence of photos, the creator of ‘Radical Optimism’ sat at the bar of Gresca de l’Eixample with Callum to live the immersive experience of the restaurant. In this much closer format, the chef explains step by step all the elaborations and/or seasonal dishes to the diner.
On this occasion, the couple is spending a few days in Barcelona, as his partner Turner is in the middle of shooting the new film ‘Rosebush Pruning’ starring alongside actresses like Pamela Anderson, which are filming in a house in Castellterçol.
Behind Gresca is the famous chef Rafa Peña, who was awarded the Premi Nacional de Gastronomia 2023. It is a benchmark restaurant attended by personalities of art and stardom who praise its simple and traditional proposal elevated to haute cuisine.
Dua Lipa has not only fed on the city’s gastronomy, but also on its art. The singer also visited the Angès Varda exhibition currently housed at the CCCB.
But the culinary tour does not end there, we can see how it extends in the post through a feast of various dishes such as a mortadella montado, a specialty coffee, a kind of caramelized chicken, and some torrijas with ice cream balls. In addition, in her stories she also wanted to share her foodie side, showing other products she has enjoyed in the city, such as a natural French wine from L’Octavin, with its characteristic illustrated label, and another from Tattouine Rouige.
