As you can read between the lines of the actress’s interview with People magazine, Julia Roberts‘ diet is made up of quick and nutritious meals to inspire you if you too are into the current body cult culture. In it, the actress reveals her favourite dinner, which she can prepare with just three ingredients, and which contains the balance of the Mediterranean diet, with protein, healthy fats and whole grains.
For her main protein, Roberts opts for salmon with omega-3 fatty acids, anti-inflammatory antioxidants such as astaxanthin, vitamin D, immune-healthy, and much more. The ‘Eat, Pray, Love’ star likes to pair her salmon with avocado and brown rice, which aids digestion and is packed with protein.
The film legend thus opts for this nutritious dinner on many of his evenings, which also requires minimal preparation and can be perfectly accompanied by a glass of wine, as he recommends in the interview.
