Jennifer Aniston leads a healthy lifestyle in which she implements spiritual sports such as yoga or meditation to stay in shape and connect with herself. To all that mantra she adds a series of healthy culinary rituals that she has been sharing with different headlines over the years.

As she tells PEOPLE, the ‘Friends’ icon’s breakfast starts with a glass of hot water with lemon and then she usually has a cup of coffee with a splash of milk and stevia. In addition, she eats avocado and eggs with a little coconut oil, oatmeal with whipped egg whites for extra protein, she tells Elle.

Lunch

Meanwhile, her food usually incorporates ‘some kind of vegetable or salad with protein’. ‘I always have raw vegetables cut up in a tupper. It always comes in handy to have hard-boiled eggs in the fridge, as well as a large head of lettuce. I also include protein, like shredded chicken,’ she explains to Yahoo Food. ‘When it’s time to turn that into a meal, it might be that chicken or yellowfin tuna with a salad, or a chicken burger tucked inside a lettuce wrap,’ she reveals to Harper’s Bazaar.

Dine

Aniston’s dinners usually include some veggies and protein, though she shares with Instyle that some days she skips that ‘strict diet’ to enjoy Mexican food with margaritas or pizza and wine with friends.

Pasta also becomes one of her favorite meals, whether it’s low-carb, like noodles with pesto and grilled chicken, or noodles with carbonara sauce. His lightened-up version of carbonara features turkey bacon instead of pork, eggs and Parmesan.
