On 4 March, David Beckham decided to surprise his daughter Harper with a pancake with her initial ‘H’ on it, and another one reflecting his love of football, of which he decided to capture the whole culinary process. ‘Yep it’s pancake day 🥞,’ he began the series on Instagram stories.
The audiovisual content he shared started with a photo of him flipping a pancake in the air, while the second captures his cooking set up with the melt button in the pan, the big bowl of batter… and some stencils to cover the pancakes with icing sugar. ‘Get ready 🥞’.
In the following videos, Beckham shows us the golden pancakes while decorating them with Harper’s ‘H’ stencil outlined in icing sugar.
The final story includes a video of David decorating the second pancake with a stencil of the Inter Miami CF logo. As he delicately removes the stencil, he cheers the team on with ‘Woo! Woo! Go Miami!’
