Last year he surprised with a mix of passion fruit whipped cream and mascarpone, with poppy seeds and dulce de leche sauce with chili. The bar was set high, but this year it has been surpassed again.
El GoXO has just presented its Rosconut XO, a groundbreaking and unique concept, which Muñoz has defined as a Roscón with the soul of a Dona. It is made with a very fluffy puff pastry, with a pink chocolate fondant glaze, lime, a light floral touch of roses with yogurt peta crispy and a light pink chocolate and raspberry chantilly with dark chocolate stracciatella. crispy.
Throughout the year, the GoXO team has been carrying out thousands of tests and creativities to achieve what Dabiz himself describes as a “nonsense of textures in infinite layers and flavors and contrasts that will take you on a roller coaster ride with every bite”.
