Dabiz Muñoz presents the Roxcones of 2024

The reinvention of Dabiz Muñoz‘s Christmas season has only just begun. After presenting the famous GOXO Christmas box, he has now unveiled his long-awaited roxcones for the 2024-2025 Christmas season. They are two versions based on the traditional recipe, with a 100% natural dough, without additives and brioche. Both are based on long fermentation, and mix the best ingredients such as butter, yeast, sugar, cream, fresh orange zest, lemon zest, honey, milk, eggs and orange blossom water.

From this shared base, Dabiz reimagines the roscón in an innovative way for yet another year, elevating it to the category of pastry masterpiece with the Rosconut with Black & White salted caramel cookie and XO white chocolate stracciatella and the Strawberry Roscón with vanilla cream, ginger and XO forest strawberry nectar.

The Rosconut XO Black & White is a creation made with a cocoa-filled dough that envelops a filling of white chocolate stracciatella and cookie, with the irresistible touch of salted caramel. To finish off, the roscón is topped with a crunchy white and dark chocolate and cookie crunchy.

On the other hand, the strawberry and cream Roxcón XO features a soft, delicately flavored dough that envelops a strawberry whipped cream filling with a touch of vanilla, ginger and strawberry forest nectar. The decoration combines cocoa and raspberry dipped cereals with a light sweet touch of coconut.
