Dabiz Muñoz‘s barnyard party brings culinary fun back to the El Corte Inglés Christmas Market to surprise us with different creations based on GOXO‘s fried chicken.
After his national tour, Pollos Muñoz will serve from the food truck his revolutionary concept of experimental street food, which has managed to viralize unusual combinations such as his chicken waffle. Now, however, it will do so with a renewed menu that will include dishes such as Miso salted caramel and extra crispy fried chicken with toasted butter croissant, ras al hanout mustard and spicy mayo.
In addition, the proposal will include two updated versions of its burgers: the caramel chicken croissant, and the toasted butter brioche with Jamaican crispy chicken, which will be available on a temporary basis until January 5.
The offer is completed with other high-end street food dishes such as chicken wings with popcorn mayo, a portion of fried chicken and fries with tajine powder. For dessert? La Pedroche cheesecake was a must, along with three cream bambas: the classic, the chocolate and crunchy cereal muesli, and the lollipop with mini raspberry crunchy meringues.
The Pollos Muñoz food truck can be found in the Christmas Market of Nuevos Ministerios, located in front of El Corte Inglés in Raimundo Fernández Villaverde street, on the corner of Paseo de la Castellana. The opening hours will be from Monday to Sunday from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m., except on Sunday 17, when the stalls will be open until 9 p.m. and the restaurant will be open until 10 p.m.
