The chef who has built his career on culinary subversion now presents this new nougat of extra crispy nacho praline with white chocolate. The finishing touch? The spicy, melting caramel, which makes it a totally addictive creation.
Dabiz Muñoz, who a week ago received the title of best chef in the world for the third year in a row, continues to serve his fans experimental and innovative turrones for palates that chase stronger emotions. Like Peldanyos, who tasted all of this year’s turrones, and was completely surprised by this version, saying it was ‘top’ and that the flavours were very balanced.
For this new edition, David presents in his XO 2023 collection of nougats for his delivery brand GoXO this novelty with a white chocolate nacho flavour, which fuses Mexican flavours – one of his great devotions – with a sweet and citric touch; which will be available on the selected shelves of the gourmet section of El Corte Inglés, in Hipercor supermarkets and in Sanchez Romero.
