Dabiz Muñoz recently reimagined the universe of GOXO through a 360 virtual rebranding, and creative and subversive recipes that reflect the ‘pure wild hedonism’ it represents. As a result of this futuristic vision, he materialized a new proposal that includes a total of 18 unpublished dishes that can be enjoyed through Glovo in Madrid.
Based on this reinvention with which the Xef brings haute cuisine to the tables at home, today, October 30, on the occasion of the 36th anniversary of Cristina Pedroche, the restaurant wants you, somehow, to celebrate it in style with her. Thus, Muñoz’s exclusive delivery restaurant announces a 36% discount on all the dishes on its menu, which will be available for home delivery through Glovo. Of course, it will be applied to all orders over 45 euros.
Among the dishes on the menu that can be ordered, which have also established themselves as the experimental label’s greatest hits, will be the Pad Thai with bacon roasted for 48 hours and accompanied by sweet and sour sauce with Tamarind, tortilla skin, wok-fried vegetables and crispy Cadiz shrimp. It will be followed by the Shrimp-Carabinero Red Curry with shrimp, pack choy and roasted potatoes.
Also available will be the Cheeseburger Ssam “Texas-Korea” connection with grilled aged beef with super melted cheddar cheese, XO tartar sauce and thai green mojo with fresh herbs and iceberg lettuce.
And for dessert? Pedroche’s cheesecake with Sichuan pepper, one of the most popular sweet versions among the app’s users.
