The actor now joins forces with the famous French pastry chef to reimagine in a culinary key his character who will star in a prequel to ‘La Casa de Papel’ entitled ‘Berlin‘, which will be released soon on Netflix.
In order to pay tribute to him in a gastronomic way, Pedro Alonso has delved into the world of confectionery to make some sweet chilli peppers in a video that has been shared on social networks, explaining the step-by-step of its sculptural preparation that evokes the character’s personality.
The avant-garde pastry chef, an executive of Le Meurice, wanted to represent Berlin with a chilli made with ingredients such as mandarins, lemons and chilli peppers, with which they form a dough that they shape with a piping bag to create the figure submerged in a red sauce.
In the clip you can see all the transitions, up to the final moment when they place the chilli peppers on a platform, and then taste them to denote the intense explosion of flavours. Finally, they end up sharing them out with the audience, as the iconic confectioner usually does.
