The speciality coffee shop and honest bakery of content creators Sara Gim and Sofía Bustin, which opened its doors a few months ago in the Chueca neighbourhood, generates endless queues of people who want to try all the artisan delicacies in its viral display.
About three weeks ago, a new sweet that has captivated the whole of Madrid for its originality and flavour was added to the highly demanded offer of CASTO HOUSE. And that was the so-called ‘chuasán de chocolate’: an iteration of the traditional classic that they managed to sculpt to perfection after spending two months perfecting the technique of this churro made with croissant dough.
It was a challenge with which they wanted to take on a version of a classic dish of Spanish gastronomy; as a reflection of their experimental spirit with which they never stop innovating and updating the confectionery sector. However, for those who don’t like churros, they can always opt for their cinnamon rolls, cruffins or one of their greatest hits: their pistachio croissant with one of their speciality coffees from Nicaragua.
