After opening the capital’s hottest new wine bar, Casa Neutrale continues to expand its aesthetic and culinary empire in the Justicia neighbourhood with CASA Música. A new space in which to offer its community an updated programme of dishes to share and weekly dj sets.
Casa Neutrale’s fourth venue is inspired by the emblematic Japanese listening bars to combine the pleasure of a quality sound experience with a gastro proposal based on Mediterranean cuisine and produce, designed in collaboration with Vero Gómez. This is accompanied by a selection of wines and cocktails with which to pair the sound experience.

On the menu, you can find starters such as gildas and anchovies or sobrasada bikinis to whet your appetite before moving on to the main courses. Among them, delicious dishes such as the spaghetti lemon and pepe with parmesan cheese, the milanesa with tartar sauce or the cannelloni with sausage, ricotta and pine nuts. Like the rest of the menu, the desserts also reflect its experimental and innovative spirit through proposals such as strawberries with pink pepper and chantilly or a creamy flan with dulce de leche and citrus pepper.
This new home of the NEUTRALE label is structured around two floors designed by the Diir architecture studio, in line with the minimalist and warm aesthetic that surrounds the whole concept. Both levels feature a custom-made HD sound system by Perujo Audio to allow customers to connect with their music in high frequency.
