The fast food chain draws directly from nostalgia to present one of the most surprising frozen iterations on its menu. Directly inspired by fairground cotton candy, the new frozen drink is titled ‘Frozen Cotton Candy‘, and it has all its fans floating on clouds.
The icy drink, which dilutes blue raspberry flavours with candyfloss, also has the option of adding its new cold foam cloud topping. The topping can also be added to other BK frozen drinks to further sweeten and elevate the product to the sky.
‘After bringing the heat last summer with the successful launch of our Frozen Fanta® Kickin’ Mango, we wanted to cool things down a bit this season with our refreshing new Frozen Cotton Candy sweet drink offerings,’ said Pat O’Toole, Chief Marketing Officer, Burger King North America, in a statement. ‘And our innovative cold foam topper is just another way we’re bringing ‘Have It Your Way’ to life, offering Guests the option to add another layer of flavour to their frozen drinks.’
The fluffy candyfloss drink will hit Burger King‘s US locations on 11 April.
