Brooklyn Beckham, like most of the new generation of chefs, started cooking in his early forties. A hobby that he did not abandon at the bottom of the fridge, but continued to explore it until he accumulated countless recipes on his Instagram profile, followed by 16.4 million people.
In fact, the photographer has his own show called ‘Cookin’ With Brooklyn‘, which follows Beckham learning basic culinary techniques and specific dishes from carefully selected renowned chefs, which he performs for his friends and family.
Now, the Beckham son shares a video in which he prepares a French omelet with a special £350 ingredient: a caviar bump from a tin of Imperia Caviar.
During the culinary process, he explains that the key is to substitute olive oil for butter, while he makes the omelet with lots of new ones and finishes it with a generous helping of caviar. All this, while responding to the criticism of his ‘haters’ about his way of cooking, clarifying that they do not judge him, that he is not a professional chef at all. ‘I just love to cook’.
