The former student of ‘Gossip Girl’ went into the kitchen to embody the role of amateur baker, and then share it with her followers. The result of her Santa-shaped cookies would be projected through Instagram stories on November 25, and as, as we are accustomed to, it would be in a sarcastic key.
Blake Lively would share her ‘failed’ attempt at Christmas cookies, reposted foodie blogger Tieghan Gerard’s photo of Christmas cookies, which featured dough in the shape of a mini Santa Claus, Lively wrote: ‘@halfbakedharvest kindly reminding me of my biggest cookie fail.’
The ‘It Ends With Us’ star then posted a video of the making process. In the clip, mini Santa shaped dough could be seen placed on a baking sheet before going into the oven. However, after baking, the cookies had lost their shape and had merged into one giant cookie.
Blake is no stranger to holiday baking. By 2022 she would share photos of homemade cookies in the shape of a Christmas tree, an ornate snowflake and a candy cane.
