Bardinet España buys Ron Cacique

(EUROPA PRESS). Bardinet España, a company dedicated to the spirits sector, boosts its growth after acquiring Ron Cacique, one of the most iconic and recognized brands in the rum market, according to a statement.

Specifically, this transaction reinforces Bardinet Spain‘s growth strategy, as well as its commitment to excellence in its product offering and strengthens its position both nationally and internationally.

“We are very proud to welcome Ron Cacique into the Bardinet family. This acquisition underscores our commitment to continue offering our customers products of the highest quality, while expanding our presence in the rum segment,” said Jean-Paul Bouyat, president of Bardinet Spain.

The company has specified that the purchase of Ron Cacique will allow it to “capitalize on the value of this emblematic brand, improving the level of its product portfolio and expanding its reach to new markets. Bardinet will also reinforce investments in the brand to ensure its sustainable growth and leadership position.

Thanks to the acquisition of Ron Cacique and such popular brands as Ron Negrita, Saint James and Pujol, the Bardinet group is positioning itself in the rum category. “We are committed to preserving the heritage of Ron Cacique while taking it to new heights. Our goal is to combine our distribution and marketing capabilities with the brand’s DNA to make a significant impact on the industry,” Bouyat reiterated.

Bardinet Spain, part of the La Martiniquaise-Bardinet group, has a diverse portfolio that includes historic and iconic brands and innovative products, such as Cutty Sark and Marie Brizard, among others.
