Jeff Bezos‘ magnitude and power of attraction brought together stars of the caliber of Jennifer Lopez and Kevin Costner at the table of the Japanese-Peruvian restaurant Matsuhisa. A VIP party that was also attended by major figures from the business world such as Australian investor James Packer and U.S. film producer Brian Grazer, among others.
Located in a 120-year-old Victorian house on Main Street, Matsuhisa Aspen is noted for serving Chef Nobu’s new style of Japanese cuisine inspired by his classical training in Tokyo and his life abroad in countries such as Peru and Argentina. He fuses those influences and materializes them in signature dishes such as yellowtail sashimi with jalapeño, lamb chops, miso black cod and white fish tiradito; beyond his classic choices of high quality sashimi.
The restaurant, which has several locations throughout the country and even in Greece, Italy, France, Germany and Cyprus, also offers an omakase menu that reflects the chef’s signature flavors and masterful technique through eight dishes with international influences.
