On Tuesday night, the Kering Foundation returned to The Pool to roll out its second annual ‘Caring for Women’ dinner. The gala, which raised over $3 million for organizations working to end violence against women, seated stardom personalities such as Nicole Kidman, Zoë Kravitz, Channing Tatum, Kim Kardashia, Julia Garner, Karlie Kloss, Oprah Winfrey and Leonardo DiCaprio at its exclusive tables.
The theme of the evening revolved around ‘strength in numbers’, which was reflected in both the money raised and the number of people present in the room.
During the dinner, guests sampled dishes courtesy of Mexican-born chef Daniela Soto-Innes, recognized as the world’s best cook in 2019, who was in charge of the menu for this activist gala enlivened by a performance by Florence & The Machine.
Proceeds from this special edition of ‘Caring for Women‘, led by the luxury conglomerate, will go to the Malala Fund, the National Network to End Domestic Violence and the New York City Alliance Against Sexual Assault.
