A.P.C. would immerse itself in the rich world of olive oil in 2023, with the aim of blending liquid gold with design under a very careful aesthetic. Now, it has returned to the scene to present a new collection of bottles featuring an exclusive label created, this time, by Matthias Agustyniak, from the graphic studio M/M.
Produced exclusively for the brand by the Moulin des Ombres oil mill at the Château de Montfrin in the Gard region, this new organic oil is produced in small batches using the latest technology to preserve its unique taste.
With its blend of mild, slightly bitter and delicate notes, A.P.C. olive oil should be combined or tasted in the following way, as recommended by creative director and founder Jean Touitou: ‘With its strong personality, it is perfect to accompany dishes with simple flavours. Try it with fish such as cod, but also with rice, steamed apples or chickpeas’.
The EVOO launch is paired with a stylish denim apron, made in the brand’s signature raw denim, complete with caramel-coloured stitching and the A.P.C. logo embroidered on the front pocket.
A.P.C. olive oil is available in a 250 ml bottle in all the brand’s physical shops in Europe and Japan, as well as on its website for €15.
