Cheetos joins the pickle boom

The brand’s most ‘flamin hot’ flavour is out.

From a conspiracy theory to an aesthetic trend: the viralisation of pickles has not followed its natural course of rise and fall, as it remains at the top of the internet and the industry. Meanwhile, pickle-addicted users keep asking brands to launch different versions of their products with the pickle. Now, it’s Cheetos‘ turn to come out.

Its new ‘Flamin’ Hot Pickle‘ flavour has become the brand’s most requested flavour, prompting new generations to show off their pickle Cheetos creations on social media, sprinkling their Flamin Hot on pickle slices, as well as making the famous “chickle” (cheese-covered pickles) in crushed Flamin’ Hot Cheetos.

The brand then wanted to satisfy its audience with the official version of pickle snacks in a bag, combining ‘the timeless taste of dill pickles with the heat hit that Flamin’ Hot fans know and love’.

Flamin’ Hot Pickle Cheetos are now available on supermarket shelves in the US, with plans to expand sales globally.
