Santo Mauro

Within the Santo Mauro Hotel‘s Christmas program, the special Christmas Eve menu designed by chef Rafa Peña dazzles with the aim of turning these celebrations into a more than satisfying multi-sensory experience.

Those who decide to experience it will be able to do so with a traditional proposal that will include a delicious elver and pea salad and the two main proposals: turbot with champagne meunière and duck with black truffle and winter vegetables.

Ginkgo

Ginkgo Restaurant & Sky Bar offers this year a sophisticated menu with which to experience the magic of Christmas through traditional flavors with an innovative twist. Diners will enjoy a starter of Iberian acorn-fed ham, followed by Zamburiñas with tetilla cheese parmentier and Galician ajada, Cantabrian anchovy on brioche bread and smoked butter, and Escalope of foie with green apple, onion marmalade and hazelnut crumble. Main courses will be monkfish loin with light clam cream, accompanied by roasted potatoes and salicornia, and lamb ingot with Rabuchon potatoes and glazed onions. Christmas dessert will be served in the form of a Christmas log with traditional sweets.

The menu is accompanied by Pazo de San Mauro white wine (D.O. Rías Baixas), Emilio Moro red wine (D.O. Ribera del Duero), coffees, infusions, and Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label champagne for toasting.

Orfila

The Relais & Châteaux hotel in Madrid presents an exclusive menu conceptualized by acclaimed chef Mario Sandoval that starts with delicious starters such as pistachio cream with beer foam and Osetra caviar and crème brûlée of foie gras, red fruits and pistachios.

The proposal continues with the main courses such as lobster ravioli with cava sauce, marinated tuna belly, pacified tomatoes, wood-roasted crystal bell pepper and pearls of sherry vinegar and suckling pig with crispy lacquered skin, roasted pumpkin puree with caraway. The sweetest closure is provided by the dessert eight textures of chocolate.

Sofitel Barcelona

The Tendiez restaurant at the Sofitel Barcelona Skipper hotel becomes the epicenter of the festivities with an evening orchestrated by its chef José Sánchez with the advice of the renowned Michelin-starred David Andrés.

The feast combines the highest quality ingredients with a creative approach that pays homage to Catalan gastronomic traditions through starters that awaken the senses such as their Aragon black olive cookie with double truffled cream, and main courses that continue the experience representing the essence of the sea and the land. From a langoustine salad from the Costa Brava, accompanied by a creamy black truffle, watercress and green apple juice, and a skewered hake, to a Pyrenean beef tenderloin, served with foie poêlé, glazed mini turnips and an elegant grape and port wine sauce. The finishing touch is provided by the Chocolate Rock, a creation that combines mandarin, yogurt and matcha tea for a fresh and balanced closure.

To complement this experience, a selection of carefully chosen wines: Castillo de Monjardín Chardonnay Reserva 2019 (D.O. Navarra / Herencia Alfar Finca Estmijo 2017 (D.O.Ca. Rioja) / L’O de L’Origan Brut Nature Edición 13 (D.O. Cava).

La Dorita

Madrid’s steakhouse with the most authentic Argentinean grill presents a special menu for Christmas Eve that starts with starters such as Wagyu sirloin carpaccio, Vitello Tonnato, braised osso buco empanada, humita and chistorra pie with cane honey and fresh arugula and Catalan cream of asparagus and roasted sweetbreads. As main courses, diners will be able to taste an Argentinean sirloin steak demi de oporto and morels with anna potato, Pasture-raised steak eye and Asparagus Risotto.

The sweet part of La Dorita will feature a dulce de leche flan and vanilla foam and a Golden apple Mini Tian with pistachio ice cream. In addition, they will serve Christmas sweets typical of these dates, Garrapiñadas, alfajorcitos and turrones.

Picalagartos

From the sky of Picalagartos Sky Bar & Restaurant you can enjoy a Christmas Eve of height with an exclusive feast in which the starters will go to the center of the table: Iberian ham, smoked and salted fish platter, scallop tartar and jalapeño dressing, red shrimp and salicornia carpaccio and crab and winter truffle cannelloni.

As main courses, diners will be able to enjoy Monkfish, butter and caviar sauce and an exquisite Sirloin Wellington with garnishes. Finally, the sweet part will be a Milhoja of chocolate and hazelnut toffee and Christmas sweets. The menu includes a special selection of wines -to choose from D.O. Cava, Essential Xarel.lo, D.O.Rueda, organic Menade (Verdejo), D.O.Ca. La Rioja, Panorámico (Viura) and D.O. Bierzo, Pétalos del Bierzo (Mencía).

The Barcelona EDITION

The Barcelona EDITION design hotel celebrates Christmas with a sophisticated dining experience created by chef Pedro Tassarolo with live entertainment.

On Christmas Eve, Veraz offers a four-course menu that pays tribute to Catalan gastronomy where Tassarolo proposes exquisite dishes such as his version of the traditional Escudella in its revised version or the braised lamb and grilled crayfish with trinxat de la Cerdanya and demi-glace sauce, accompanied by live music.

Hard Rock Madrid

Christmas Eve for music lovers. The Hard Rock Hotel restaurant immerses you in the festive spirit of Christmas with a menu that fuses sea and mountain dishes. The evening offers a variety of delicious starters, such as the caramelized foie millefeuille with apple and smoked cod, and the low-temperature free-range egg with roasted bacon, honeyed chickpea juice and crumbs with ham.

Among the main courses are options such as baked hake accompanied by sautéed Kenya beans with garlic casein and seafood beurre blanc, as well as grilled marinated Iberian pork. For dessert, delicacies such as creamy white chocolate and yogurt, accompanied by mango ice cream and passion fruit granita, along with classic Christmas sweets.
