On this occasion, Dabiz Muñoz wanted to dedicate an exclusive piece to his ‘Turrón XO Puma Rosa‘. In it, we can see how he gets excited about his own creation, while he explains all the layers that make up the nougat, as well as each of its nuances, textures and flavors.

This innovative nostalgic version to have fun and go back to childhood is filled with a spicy guava caramel (chili) along with a pink chocolate praline and cream, and a sponge cake soaked in vanilla and citrus. The pink chocolate coating envelops the nougat with spice powder and raspberries and a layer of cream and raspberry clouds that contrast with the rest of the flavors. As Dabiz expresses it, the moist texture of the sponge cake fascinates when it mixes in the mouth with the crunchy coating and the clouds. When you bite into it, you’re ‘fucking happy’.
