World Central Kitchen, the famous NGO directed by chef José Andrés, presents for the second consecutive year a gala dinner for its activations in Valencia. To make it a reality, it will have fifteen chefs recognized in the Michelin guide, sommeliers, bartenders, catering managers and pastry chefs who will mobilize collectively for the cause.
The humanitarian work of WCK in Valencia continues to be strengthened by the hand of any group of chefs or celebrities who have joined the organization in order to rebuild the regions affected by the DANA, and revive the lives of the victims.
To carry out the evening, the Four Seasons Hotel Madrid has ceded several of its rooms that will deploy a total of 35 tables for 10 people each, which were put on sale for this initiative. From restaurateurs like Sandro Silva to basketball figures like Chacho Rodríguez, influencers like Clara Villalón or film and television personalities like Malena Costa or Javier Sardá will meet in the evening with the chef José Andrés and part of his team in Valencia.
Cocktail and menu
The dinner will start with a cocktail party with snacks prepared by chefs such as Marcos Morán (Casa Gerardo, Asturias, 1 Michelin star), Carito Lourenço and Germán Carrizo (Fierro, Valencia, 1 Michelin star), Xanty Elías (Finca Alfoliz, Huelva, 1 green Michelin star), Juanjo López (La Tasquita de Enfrente, Madrid, Michelin guide) and Francis Paniego (El Portal de Echaurren, Ezcaray, La Rioja, 2 Michelin stars).
In addition, during the cocktail party there will be stations with creations by Madrid-based chefs such as Catalina García-Germán (The Good Food Company), Cristina Oria (CO Group), Coco Montes (Pabú, 1 Michelin star) and Javi Estévez (La Tasquería, 1 Michelin star); along with the product of Ahumados Domínguez, Doña Tomasa and Enrique Tomás.
This initial event will take place in the hall of the Four Seasons, and then move on to the Sol Ballroom, overlooking the hotel’s vertical garden. Here dinner will be served by Pepa Muñoz (El Qüenco de Pepa, Madrid Michelin guide), Luis Lera (Lera, Castroverde de Campos, Zamora, 1 Michelin star and 1 Michelin green star), Nino Redruello (Grupo La Ancha, Madrid, Michelin guide) and Pau Eche (Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, Michelin guide). Meanwhile, desserts will be prepared by an infallible duo composed of chef Juan D’Onofrio (Chispa, Madrid, 1 Michelin star) and Fátima Gismero (Pastelería FG, Guadalajara, Pastelera Revelación Madrid Fusión).
