The trendsetter shared with Forbes her must-have items and dishes for the season. From the air fryer in her homeware collection to her lasagna to her cookies served on a charcuterie board.
Inside ‘Paris Christmas‘, as expected, there is also glitz, glitter and glamour. Something that is glimpsed in her culinary imagery and in the products she gives her loved ones. Namely, her pink air fryer in which to cook healthier recipes, as well as her mini fridge in which to keep beauty products.
The ‘chicness’ of her holiday parties is also reflected through the decorations she carries out, and her banquets. ‘Here’s how I make the party shine: Do something unexpected. Instead of a meat and cheese board…put out a charcuterie board with crackers or a chocolate board (I arrange them in ombre colors that start with soft milk chocolates and move to bold dark chocolates). I also like to sprinkle a little edible glitter on the board’.
When asked by Forbes about his favorite holiday dishes or drinks he alludes to his must-haves: ‘When it comes to the holidays, my favorite thing is to serve totally iconic, love-filled dishes and drinks. My signature dishes are lasagna and cosmo. Slave lasagna: This dish is very special because it’s based on my grandmother’s recipe, but I put my own twist on it. It’s a crowd pleaser, perfect for impressing your guests with layers of cheese and sauces. It’s comfort food with a glamorous twist, just like me! Sliving Cosmo: Trust me, it tastes better in my pink martini glasses. My Sliving Cosmo deserves a glass this chic. I always mix mine with my own shaker because it’s part of the presentation.
