Mauro Colagreco now takes his cuisine out of orbit. Considered one of the best chefs in the world, the owner of the French restaurant Mirazur, now takes the future of cuisine to the top, as a transforming and empowering agent of the environment.
The airline VistaJet has partnered with the Argentine chef to offer its customers this exclusive experience that deploys three menus from Mirazur’s menu adapted to altitude, biodynamic agriculture and the lunar calendar.
Colagreco, who has also eclipsed the Ibizan gastronomic scene from the design chiringuito El Silencio Ibiza -based on his infinite connection with nature and produce-, will now generate the same effect from the sky with dishes adapted to the pressure and altitude.
Spatial association
The private jet charter company will serve these private dinners in the air with exclusive menus for customers flying from Nice airport. In addition, the chef has created a picnic selection for shorter flights; and a plant-based menu for people with intolerances.
This high-end gastronomic partnership with a renowned chef is not the company’s first. Depending on the airport from which they fly, airline passengers can also choose from a wide range of signature menus created by such luminaries as British chef Alex Dilling or Japanese chef Nobu Matsuhisa.
