The textile empire continues to expand the customer shopping experience with the opening of ‘Zacaffé‘, a line of coffee shops that ZARA will extend around the world. Under its creative direction, the brand has just inaugurated this coffee shop concept in the new Zara Man store on Hermosilla Street, which will be replicated in 2025 in Zara stores in Tokyo and Seoul.
Zacaffé will present a menu of specialty coffees and teas, accompanied by an extensive collection of pastries, as in the rest of the pop-up coffee shops it has opened around the world in recent years. In addition -in keeping with its DNA- it will have a range of merchandising products such as mugs, thermos flasks and T-shirts.
The opening of Hermosilla is also linked to the opening of ‘El Apartamento‘ that the firm recently opened on the top floor of Zara Serrano; which includes inside a high fashion cafeteria so that customers can eat between purchases.
The key to Zacaffé will be the fusion of fashion and gastronomy within retail, in order to stimulate the shopping experience, and transcend the current industry through architectural and culinary concepts inspired by each of the cities in which they are installed.
