Gastronomic art and music make up the menu of Sound Baths, the new experience of the renowned restaurant Ojalá inspired by idyllic passages such as the beach. Now, in its urban oasis you can not only escape in its sandy space, but also immerse yourself in a pool where avant-garde entertainment vibrates in high frequency.
Ojalá Pool Bar is structured around a central pool where you can dine while a renowned DJ of the national scene defines the waves and puts the sound in the background. There, you can taste some dishes inspired by the Middle East and Mexico such as the ‘smash burgers’, made with 180 grams of beef from La Finca and accompanied by hand-cut fries, the marinated prey pibil tacos, the chicken sandwich with guacamole, the ‘greek meze’ meatballs with beet hummus and pita bread or the roasted pumpkin salad. All these proposals can be accompanied by natural juices, smoothies, coffees and infusions, as well as wines, beers, cocktails and mixed drinks.
However, the innovation of Sound Baths, which subverts the scene, is the approach it offers to the sound experience. With a surround speaker system, visitors can vibrate with their mix of immersive rhythms collectively.
‘Don’t be afraid to stand out; being in your own bubble is where the real magic happens’, say the founders. This mantra invites diners to immerse themselves in their own festive bubble with which to get out of the routine and fully experience their sound baths. Where? At C. de Cea Bermúdez, 45, Chamberí, Madrid.
