Miguel Carretero, the chef from La Mancha recognized, among other things, for having made the best croquettes in the world, designs a menu that will fuse his traditional identity with the contemporary spirit of Vibra Mahou Fest.
The festival, which will debut on November 9 at the Wizink Center, will also feature activities associated with beer culture, as well as a high-frequency gastronomic proposal that will close the line-up of this new edition. To make it a reality, Vibra Mahou Fest has collaborated with Miguel Carretero, the executive chef of Restaurante Santerra, recently awarded with a Michelin Star.
After the recent confirmation of La La Love You as the last headliner of a line-up of eight artists including national indie-pop-rock references such as Carlos Sadness, Shego, Shinova, Lucy or Cupido, Carretero joins the culinary offer.
From its gastro menu, you can exchange delicacies such as a ‘chistorra dog’ with piquillos ketchup, a pepito converted into a hamburger, a truffled egg yolk bikini, a roasted sweet potato with feta cheese, and a reinterpretation of the typical ‘rosca de la Almudena’ with Mahou Cinco Estrellas caramel chantilly and almonds. All this paired with the flavor of Mahou Cinco Estrellas and the rest of the references of the Mahou range.
