FERIA opens its doors to a contemporary verbena, devised by Grupo Imparcial, which reinvents tradition to bring it up to date with the present so that all diners can get on board its constantly moving attraction. To its changing and collective experience around the table.
Located in Plaza Tirso de Molina 2, this new space designed by Plantea Studio, evokes the setting and atmosphere of a popular travelling fair through its furniture and its retro-minimal decoration in primary colours, set with works by artists such as Camilo Nuñez.
The menu
From croquettes to candyfloss to cocktails. Visitors can enjoy its gastronomic fair through a journey of flavours and sensations presented in classic dishes of Spanish cuisine to liquid expressions made with the finest ingredients.
The FERIA experience can be enjoyed at five different stalls: de la mar, de la tierra, golosus, pintxos and pimplar. Each one of them offers emblematic dishes of the imaginary ‘cañí’ such as octopus a feira, croquettes, pintxos or Russian salad; along with other fairground classics such as sausages with Galician potato and farm sausage or tuna pintxo with stracciatella.
They also have a menu of sweet snacks and sandwiches until dusk, in addition to the sweet stars of the fair: candyfloss and churros with chocolate.
In the liquid section, you can find her signature cocktails that dilute a tribute to the aromas of the land. These are original proposals that mix sweet, spicy, bitter, acidic and smooth flavours, as well as offering a menu of classics, for those who are faithful to tradition’.
The FERIA is rounded off by its entertainment programme, which will include the presence and performance of artists, musicians, fortune tellers and palm readers who will surprise attendees and add to the experience. Let the show begin.
