The Barcelona festival expands its universe to Madrid. And it does so with its proposal that brings together in the same space a curated selection of artisans and gastronomic entrepreneurs of the moment.
From tradition to contemporaneity, the local or traditional and the global, through its gastronomy and craftsmanship. All this and much more will land in All Those Food Market during September 21 and 22 at Museo del Ferrocarril.
The festival will feature a market full of gastronomic projects such as the Super by Dot store with a selection of its most interesting products, the pastries of Fika Patisserie and Reposted, the bean to bar chocolates of Kaitxo, the nuts of Nutnut, the ice creams of Bibì e Bibò or the organic vegetables of Tierra Campesina.
Natural cosmetics and zero waste products will also be featured at All Those Food Market, as well as ceramics, illustration and plants or sustainable solutions for the home by BWT and Fluye.
Specialty coffee will also stimulate the festival with the proposals of Hola Coffee, Toma Café and Syra Coffee. In addition, fritz will be in charge of refreshing the public with its colas and lemonades. Street food will also arrive at the Railway Museum with oysters and gildas from La Alquimia, Japanese skewers from Torikey, pizzas from Can Pizza and Georgian dishes from Nunuka.
Within the liquid proposal, you will find the best aperitifs thanks to Aperol and minimal intervention wines from local producers selected by Bendito. On the other hand, the most original cocktails made by Momus at the Sal Maldon bar will also be part of the Madrid edition.
Gastronomic workshops for all audiences will not be missing in this edition in which adults and children will learn while enjoying the experience. Among the different options, the ice cream and shepherding workshop of Campo A Través with SMEG or the Japanese mochis workshop with Laura Ochoa from ‘A las 9 en casa’.
Festival tickets are now available on the ALL THOSE FOOD MARKET website.
