The Olympic athlete continues to turn heads, earning praise wherever she goes. Even at restaurants like Chicago’s Maple & Ash, a well-known innovative take on the traditional steakhouse specializing in seafood and homemade pasta.

Simone Biles would visit the restaurant with her husband Jonathan Owens after watching her team, the Chicago Bears, beat the Cincinnati Bengals in the city on Saturday, August 17. As they sat down at the table, they were both greeted with a personalized menu with the words ‘OLYMPIC F@CKING CHAMPION‘ printed on it. A graphic detail with which the restaurant wanted to celebrate her participation in the 2024 Olympic Games with a record-breaking performance in which she won three gold medals and one silver in gymnastics.

Seeing the surprise, Biles wanted to share it on Instagram stories with a close-up photo of the menu, zooming in on the words, and a boomerang clip of the group she was toasting with during the meal. The restaurant, of course, also wanted to echo the moment by reposting the stellar image on its profile.
