The creative restaurant DiverXO, run by chef Dabiz Muñoz, has decided to increase the price of its tasting menu by 23.28%. From now on, lovers of haute cuisine will have to pay 450 euros to delight in Muñoz’s experimental creations, instead of the previous 365 euros. With this adjustment, DiverXO consolidates its position as the most expensive three-Michelin-starred restaurant in Spain.
This sidereal increase places DiverXO well above 14 other three-starred restaurants in the country, whose menus range from 160 to 395 euros. However, the wine pairing remains unchanged at 300 euros, and the premium menu continues to cost 600 euros.
In this year’s renowned ranking The World’s 50 Best, Spain dazzles with three of the four best restaurants in the world. DiverXO is in fourth position, only surpassed by Disfrutar in Barcelona, Etxebarri in Axpe (Vizcaya) and the French Table by Bruno Verjus. In this regard, it should be noted that the Disfrutar Classic menu of Disfrutar, which compiles the most emblematic creations of the house, is priced at 255 euros per person.
