During George and Amal Clooney‘s vacation on the French Riviera the paparazzi would capture a special culinary moment. And that was their dinner at Jardin Tropezina restaurant in Saint-Tropez on Tuesday, June 25: a beach club and restaurant located on the bay of Pampelonne, known for serving French chef Jean François Piège‘s elevated reinterpretation of Mediterranean cuisine.
The Clooneys, of course, would have a privileged table set up under a lush pergola overlooking the ocean. George wore a casual look for the occasion with a white polo shirt, gray pants and gray shoes; while Amal wore a floral dress combined with sunglasses, just like her husband.
‘Its delicious Mediterranean cuisine highlights the richness of the fresh produce of this sun-drenched region,’ describes the chef in the notes of this idyllic oasis on the Côte d’Azur, which also has a space with private sun loungers in which to relax during the summer.
