But what does the peculiar 6 to 1 method consist of? The culinary expert explained it in an entertaining way in his TikTok, in a video that has gone viral with almost a million views. “Whenever you go shopping… use the 6 to 1 method. In addition, Coleman explained in The Post that this 6-to-1 method “was born out of a need to optimize my shopping experience,” as he was tired of “spending too much time in stores, wasting food and going over my budget, so I designed this method to simplify the process and address these challenges.”
