Juan Carlos Ferrando opened this place in December 2018, eighteen years after a trip from his homeland, Buenos Aires, to Spain, where he arrived in 2000 at a time when, as he explains, he did not have ‘the money’ to continue to his ideal destination, which was France, so he stayed in La Rioja. Here he is committed to traditional cuisine in the style of Zuberoa, where he manages to create an elegant place where you are served impeccably. It coexists with the restaurant Mahasti, located in the hotel Villa Magalean in Hondarribia.
