Fuentelgato

They were determined and managed to put their restaurant Fuentelgato, located in a small town in the mountains of Cuenca, on the gastronomic map. Álex Paz and Olga García maintain the bet they made since they opened: to offer a quality product. They propose two tasting menus, of 7 and 12 courses, with vegetables, fish, rice, scallops, langoustine and vanilla flan, zucchini, marrow and pepper. For desserts, strawberries, raifort and oxalis or lemon, honey and sage. Olga’s wine list features French wines, sparkling wines, whites and very unique reds.
