If you have the opportunity to taste the incredible pastry creations of Jordi Roca, pastry chef at El Celler de Can Roca, you have to take advantage of it. Casa Cacao is a project of the Roca Brothers dedicated to cocoa and chocolate, with a unique quality proposal and elaborations that leave you speechless. They currently own an exclusive Hotel, a workshop and a chocolate shop, located in Girona. And, although they have an online store so you can buy any product, right now Casa Cacao has also created a pop up for a limited time at the Hotel Las Arenas Balneario Resort in Valencia, so you can try the sweets of Jordi Roca and his team.
Casa Cacao’s ephemeral proposal will be available only until December 19 and is open to both hotel guests and the general public. Located in the hotel lobby, in this ephemeral store, guests will be able to purchase all the sweet products created by Jordi Roca’s team, especially Christmas sweets and chocolates.
Cocoa everywhere: from nougat to panettones
Casa Cacao’s Christmas catalog is full of delicious treats, each one more delicious than the last. From its exclusive cocoa nougat with crunchy almonds, caramelized cocoa gruel and a sweet touch of flower honey, which costs 22 € per bar, to the appetizing Panettones (the Traditional and the Cacao & Chocolate), which cost 60 and 65 €, respectively.
But you also have other original creations such as the Árbol de turrón, a milk chocolate Christmas tree-shaped nougat filled with a creamy milk chocolate ganache, with a tangerine fruit pate and a crunchy praline of pine nuts and almonds. It is priced at 39,5 €. Or the edible work of art that is the milk chocolate Christmas ball with hazelnut gianduja and sunflower seeds (15 €).
In the generic assortment of Casa Cacao you can also find different chocolate bars, boxes of chocolates or other options such as chocolate powder or cocoa cream. In addition, the new liqueurs of the Roca family, Esperit Roca, as well as the books of El Celler de Can Roca, will also be on sale.
If you don’t want to miss this Roca’s chocolate event in Valencia, take note: until December 19, the Casa Cacao pop up will be available at the Hotel Las Arenas Balneario Resort in Valencia, from Monday to Thursday from 4pm to 8pm, and from Friday to Sunday from 10:30am to 8pm.
